first_imgTHE LABOUR RELATIONS Commission has published the full document containing the changes being proposed to public sector pay and conditions.The 28-page document was published yesterday evening and contains a number of proposals to reduce overtime rates, to freeze increments and to implement pay cuts for those earning over €65,000 per year.The document is now the subject of discussions among trade unions as they put the proposed reforms to their members for a vote.
