A 39-year-old Orillia driver is charged with impaired driving offences following a crash on Hwy. 11 Nov. 7.

The single-vehicle collision occurred at the Hwy. 400 split in Barrie at about 5 a.m.

The vehicle crashed in to a guard rail.
